Join us for the EurAsia Gulf Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 10th of December 2024. This year, the AGM will be held online.
During the AGM, you will have the opportunity to meet the new Board of Directors, as well as hear from both the board and management about our achievements this year and our plans for 2025.
This event is open to both members and non-members, so feel free to register now. Silver, Silver Plus, Gold, and Gold Plus members can also nominate candidates who meet the terms and conditions, and they will receive an email shortly with more information.
Timeline for 2025 Board of Directors Elections and Annual General Meeting of EurAsia Gulf
- November 1, 2024: Application Submission Opens: Candidates can begin submitting their applications for the Board of Directors
- November 22, 2024, 12:00 PM (UAE Time): Application Submission Closes: All applications must be submitted by this deadline.
- November 22 - November 28, 2024, 12:00 PM (UAE Time): Application Review Period: The review of submitted applications will take place during this timeframe.
- November 28, 2024: Online Elections Begin: Voting opens for members to elect the new Board of Directors.
- December 10, 2024, 10:00 AM (UAE Time): Online Elections End: Voting closes at this time.
- December 10, 2024, 12:00 PM (UAE Time): Annual General Meeting (AGM): The AGM will be held where the election results will be announced and the newly elected board will be introduced.
Please take note of the following terms and conditions:
- Only Silver, Silver Plus, Gold, and Gold Plus members can nominate candidates for elections.
- Nominated candidates for the board should be fluent in Russian.
- All members are allowed to vote if their membership is active.
- The Annual General Meeting will be held in English.
