Dr. Kiryl Rudy is a well-respected individual in the fields of economics and diplomacy, with an impressive career history. After completing his studies at the Belarusian Economic University in 2000, Dr. Rudy successfully defended his thesis on currency regulation in 2001. He went on to hold the position of Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Finance and Banking at BSEU from 2002 to 2007.
Dr. Rudy's international background includes a tenure at Indiana University in 2004, followed by a role as the Counsellor for Economic and Commercial Affairs at the Embassy of Belarus in China from 2007 to 2012. Subsequently, he transitioned to the role of Economic Advisor to the President of the Republic of Belarus from 2013 to 2016. Dr. Rudy then served as the Ambassador, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus in China from 2016 to 2020. In 2013, he also took on the role of Deputy Director at Bel-Huawei Technologies.
Currently, Dr. Rudy holds the position of Professor at the Belarusian State Economic University. Additionally, he serves as the Director of Global Relations at Andersenlab and has been a Member of the Supervisory Board and Independent Director at the Development Bank of Belarus. His extensive experience across various sectors makes him a valuable asset in both economic and diplomatic circles.
