Over 15 years of experience held strategic management roles in both the IT and Digital/Internet sectors. Management level positions as in large international companies such as HP, CA Technologies and Siemens AG, and in the leading Russian technology companies such as Mail.ru Group. where professional experience spanned diverse fields such as development, implementation, marketing and promotion of IT and digital technologies, project management for public and private companies and partners.
Since 2012, I have been actively bringing Russian technologies to the UAE and the Middle East market in the format of independent projects or organizing local offices of Russian companies in the UAE.
Over 10 years, more than 25 projects have been implemented from zero level, including the launch of 5 local offices for Russian companies from scratch, more 50 companies was relocated from Russia and CIS, than 100 different companies received my advice and business development support, more than 1950 hours of the life consultations have been done in such areas as: e-medicine, cyber and information security, business digitalization, solutions for smart cities, e-government, artificial intelligence and other.
